To deliver the page and keep it secure, our web server, hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in the EU, processes technical access data: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and keep this data only as long as needed for that purpose.
Emailing us
When you email us, we process your address, name and message to answer you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)). Our email is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Ltd, Ireland). Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We keep emails as long as needed to handle your enquiry and as required by law, for example for business and tax records.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
